Are you ready to taste the best Uruguayan barbecue? And are you curious to know how it is prepared? This is your chance! You and your (private) company will be received in a beautiful and cosy backyard in Carrasco to taste the best meat from one of the most exclusive butchers of Montevideo. The combination of personal service and a warm atmosphere makes the experience complete. An Uruguayan 'asador' will tell you how to prepare the best Uruguayan barbecue. He will show you different types of meat, explain how to prepare them, and which one to put where on the barbecue for the best results. Vegetarians are not overlooked, as a wide variety of vegetables and other delicacies are also prepared, such as roasted sweet potato, salads, melted provolone cheese, bread and homemade chimichurri. The barbecue is served with typical Uruguayan tannat wine, local beers and freshly squeezed juices. The dessert consists of a combination of different Uruguayan desserts and sweets. A wine/whiskey/beer tasting is optional. For your comfort and safety, the Covid-19 safety regulations are enforced.
